Purpose and service inquiries

This site presents my experience, capabilities, and examples of work for professional evaluation and potential engagements. An email inquiry, advertised package, or initial consultation does not by itself create a client relationship or confirm availability, price, scope, or deliverables. Those details require a separate agreement. The site does not accept payments or place orders.

Work samples and ownership

The portfolio contains my work alongside client trademarks, photographs, platform interfaces, and other materials that may belong to their respective owners. My contribution is described in each case study. Display does not imply ownership of every element, endorsement by a featured company or artist, or affiliation beyond the relationship described.

You may view the site and share links for professional evaluation. Republishing, modifying, selling, or reusing creative assets requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except as permitted by law. If you believe material infringes your rights or exposes confidential information, email the page URL and a description of the concern.

Historical work, mockups, and results

Case studies are historical snapshots. Event dates, prices, menus, contact details, and offers inside creative samples may no longer be current. Concept visualizations and mockups are not evidence of completed construction, production, or installation unless the accompanying text says otherwise.

Metrics are subject to their stated dates, platform definitions, rounding, and attribution limits. Past results do not promise future results. Views are not necessarily unique people or customers; ticket sales are not necessarily profit or sales attributable solely to advertising. Refer to the reporting context next to each result.

External websites and platforms

Linked websites are operated by others and may change after my work was completed. Their content, availability, terms, and privacy practices are outside my control. Screenshots of third-party software document my work within those platforms; they do not imply that I designed or own the platform interface.

Responsible use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use contact channels for unlawful or abusive messages. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential materials without an appropriate arrangement.

Information and availability

I aim to keep the portfolio accurate, but errors or interruptions can occur. Please contact me to verify current scope, availability, or information relevant to a decision. The site does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Nothing here excludes responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or overrides a separate signed agreement.

Updates and concerns
