Privacy Policy

Information you choose to provide

Contact links open your email application. Nothing is sent to me unless you send the email. I receive your email address, the name and business details you include, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. I use this information to respond, discuss opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage a professional relationship.

Please send only what is relevant to your inquiry. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, passwords, or confidential client records. This site has no contact-submission form, checkout, newsletter signup, or file-upload feature.

Website delivery and security

Hosting and security providers receive technical information when your browser requests a page or asset. This can include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information, and security or error information. This version of the portfolio is prepared for hosting on Hostinger. Hosting security and cookie behavior depend on the services enabled for the domain.

The portfolio application does not maintain a visitor database, create visitor profiles, or include analytics tags, advertising pixels, session replay, fingerprinting, or cross-site behavioral tracking. The performance screenshots in case studies are historical portfolio evidence, not tracking tools.

Providers control their own infrastructure logs and account data under their policies. Their processing and retention are not the same as my email records. See Hostinger’s Privacy Policy for provider details.

Cookies, media, and external links

Images, fonts, screenshots, and videos used by the portfolio are served with the site. Social media and Apple Maps examples are static captures, not live embeds. Links to other websites do not embed those services here. If you follow a link, the destination’s practices apply. See the Cookie Policy for security cookies and browser controls.

Who receives information

Email and hosting providers process information needed to deliver their services. My contact address uses Gmail; email is handled by Google and your own email provider. See Google’s Privacy Policy. I may disclose relevant information when legally required, to obtain professional advice, or to protect legitimate rights and security. I do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and I do not add inquiries to a marketing mailing list.

Retention and protection

I keep correspondence only for as long as it is needed to respond, manage an ongoing relationship, document agreements, or meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations. The appropriate period depends on the inquiry and whether it becomes an engagement. Provider logs and backups follow provider retention practices. You can ask me to delete information I hold, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.

No email service or website can guarantee perfect security. Please avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email. A privacy request does not require you to send a government-issued ID by default.

Your choices and requests

You can browse without emailing me. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information I hold, email me with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe your request. I may ask for limited information needed to verify that the request is yours. I will respond in accordance with applicable law and explain any limits that apply. This policy does not restrict privacy rights provided by law.

The portfolio application does not track browsing across other sites and does not change that behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals: its no-tracking behavior applies whether or not those signals are enabled. Provider-operated account or security services have their own controls.

Children and geographic scope

This is a professional portfolio intended for adults evaluating work or services, not a service directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly request personal information from children. If you believe a child sent me personal information, contact me so I can address it. I operate in the United States and do not target services outside the U.S.; provider processing may occur in other locations described in their policies.

Changes to this policy

I will post revisions here and update the effective date. Material changes will be identified on this page. New data collection or tracking requires a fresh review and any notice or consent required by law before it begins.
